This is the debut release from Now, a trio from Malmö, Sweden, that takes instrumental rock with Led Zeppelin-esque riffs and feeds them into a post-punk groove. Working with only three instruments they have developed a sound that mixes a variety of genres with few building blocks. Their sound boasts elements of minimal groove, rock, kraut and funk.
In April 2005, Now were invited to contribute a track to the recent film with Pontus Alv, one of the top skateboarders in the world.

(4/5) "This is instrumental postrock, before the post came. The tracks can end up in both six or eight minutes but they never float off in space. Sometimes they remind one of Led Zeppelin, but it is more for the groove than the guitar orgy. NOW have a much more minimal sound and is more kraut, but with ingredients from funky jazz."
